Job summary

Rosa Rossa in Orchard/Bugis is seeking an experienced Izakaya Chef to join our Japanese restaurant team. You will prepare and cook izakaya dishes, fish and sashimi, and handle charcoal grilling in a fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional Japanese kitchen experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. We offer a full-time role, staff meals, training, and clear career progression.
