University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an Integrated Workplace Management Systems Administrator to lead SPOTS, manage Archibus, and deliver system upgrades. You will support data reporting, integration with campus applications, and user training in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes understanding business processes, coordinating with IT Services and stakeholders, and ensuring successful module implementations and ongoing system optimization.

Qualificações

• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, Access, Excel, and HTML.
• Experience with integrated workplace management systems and/or CAFM software, such as Archibus.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, including the ability to apply other project management tools.
• High level of interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize complex tasks.
• Ability to manage and coordinate high-priority projects.
• High proficiency in SQL Server, including table structure and query design.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively, and to shift between tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Verifying that the physical infrastructure currently in place is adequate and developing scope/costs.
• General maintenance of database, tables, queries, and reports.
• Maintaining floorplan layers and CAD drawing imports/exports; troubleshoot CAD space issues.
• Integrating with University apps including GIS and CMMS.
• Integrating third-party reporting to enhance data insights.
• Customizing web portals, branding, forms and emails for end users.
• Training users to access web portals and modules.
• User acceptance testing.
• Troubleshooting system inquiries.
• Implementing IWMS rollout across the organization.
• Collaborating with Network/Server/Data teams to expand skills.
