Job summary

HistoSonics is seeking a Manager, Facilities Systems & Analytics in Plymouth, MN to lead IWMS program end-to-end, drive timelines, and coordinate stakeholders across Facilities, IT, EHS, and Real Estate.

You will implement modules for space planning, maintenance, visitor management, and real estate portfolio reporting, and become the primary system administrator, turning data into actionable insights for operations and workplace strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying IWMS/CMMS/CAFM systems in cross-functional programs.
• Strong data analytics skills with Excel/SQL and BI tools.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional environments.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder system implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Facilities, Workplace Services, EHS, IT, and Real Estate.
• Credentials in facility/project management (IFMA FMP/CFM, PMP/CAPM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own IWMS program end-to-end and set timelines.
• Lead evaluation and selection of IWMS platform with stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation across modules like space planning, work orders, maintenance, visitor management.
• Serve as primary system administrator post-implementation.
• Build reporting and analytics on top of IWMS.
• Oversee maintenance planning for facilities and production.
• Partner with Real Estate for lease tracking and portfolio analysis.
• Coordinate IT integrations between IWMS and related systems.
• Train end users across departments.
• Own systems and data roadmap for future growth.
