HistoSonics is seeking a Manager, Facilities Systems & Analytics in Plymouth, MN to lead IWMS program end-to-end, drive timelines, and coordinate stakeholders across Facilities, IT, EHS, and Real Estate.

You will implement modules for space planning, maintenance, visitor management, and real estate portfolio reporting, and become the primary system administrator, turning data into actionable insights for operations and workplace strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying IWMS/CMMS/CAFM systems in cross-functional programs.
• Strong data analytics skills with Excel/SQL and BI tools.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional environments.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder system implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Facilities, Workplace Services, EHS, IT, and Real Estate.
• Credentials in facility/project management (IFMA FMP/CFM, PMP/CAPM) preferred.

Position Summary (Why this role matters):

HistoSonics is seeking a Manager, Facilities Systems & Analytics to lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing evolution of a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role will own the program end-to-end — driving decisions, setting timelines, and coordinating stakeholders and build the systems and data foundation for space planning, facilities assets, work order and preventive maintenance management, visitor management, internal mail/package services, and real estate portfolio management, and will turn that system into a source of ongoing insight for Facilities Operations and Maintenance, Workplace Services, Production Maintenance, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), and Real Estate decision-making. As HistoSonics' portfolio grows in scale and complexity, this role will be central to giving the broader Facilities & Real Estate team a shared systems and data foundation to build on. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to both build a system from the ground up and use data to shape how a growing company manages its infrastructure, physical footprint, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do):

• Program Management: Own the IWMS program end-to-end, driving decisions and setting timelines and deliverables for partner functions.
• Platform Evaluation & Selection: Lead evaluation and selection of an IWMS platform, partnering with Facilities Engineering, Workplace Services, EHS, IT, and Real Estate stakeholders to define requirements.
• Implementation: Own end-to-end implementation of the platform across its modules — space planning, work order/preventive maintenance management, visitor management, internal mail/package services, and real estate portfolio management — sequencing rollout in manageable phases.
• System Administration: Serve as the primary system administrator post-implementation: configuration, user management, data integrity, and ongoing troubleshooting.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build reporting and analytics capabilities on top of the system, including space utilization analysis, preventive maintenance compliance and equipment reliability trends, and real estate portfolio cost/lease reporting.
• Maintenance Planning: Oversee maintenance planning functions in support of facilities and production maintenance operations.
• Real Estate Portfolio Support: Partner with the Director on the Real Estate portfolio with data, reporting, and system support for lease tracking, critical dates, and portfolio-level analysis, working alongside outside real estate broker/partner relationships.
• IT Integrations: Partner with IT on integrations between the IWMS and adjacent systems (e.g., access control and camera systems, IT asset data, EHS-related tracking tools) as needed.
• EHS Systems Partnership: Partner with the Sr. Manager, EHS to identify where EHS data and workflows (e.g., inspections, incident tracking) can be supported by or integrated with the broader systems environment.
• Training & Enablement: Train and support end users across Facilities Engineering, Workplace Services, EHS, and facilities/production maintenance functions on effective use of the system.
• Systems & Data Roadmap: Own the systems and data roadmap over time, building a foundation the broader Facilities, Real Estate, EHS, and Workplace Services team can build on as the organization and real estate portfolio grow in scale and complexity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, facilities management, or a related field strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience implementing and/or administering IWMS, CMMS, or CAFM systems, including experience running cross-functional programs. (e.g., Eptura, OfficeSpace, Accruent, or similar).
• Strong data and analytics skills, including proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to influence, guide, and develop others in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated program/project management skills, with experience leading multi-stakeholder system implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable setting clear timelines and expectations for partner functions across Facilities, Workplace Services, EHS, IT, and Real Estate.
• Ability to translate system data into clear, decision-useful reporting for department and company leadership.
• Preferred Qualifications: Credentials in facility management or project management disciplines (eg. IFMA FMP or CFM, CAPM or PMP, or other adjacent certifications).
