The World Bank Group is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to own and evolve the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for its Washington, DC portfolio. This role partners with the CoE Technology stream to shape roadmaps, governance, data standards, and enterprise integration, delivering data-driven portfolio decisions and modern real estate technology enablement.

Based in Washington, DC, the role emphasizes collaborating across global real estate, IT, and analytics teams to ensure IWMS

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IWMS roadmap in partnership with the CoE Technology stream and align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Establish and enforce global data governance standards for space, occupancy, assets, and location data across HQ and country offices.
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and onboarding of new locations from scoping through delivery with FM:Systems IWMS.
• Identify and advance AI-enabled use cases and analytics within the IWMS ecosystem, including governance and risk considerations.
