Job summary

HistoSonics in Plymouth, MN seeks a Manager, Facilities Systems & Analytics to lead the IWMS initiative from requirements through go-live and beyond. You will drive platform evaluation, implementation, and ongoing data analytics to support space planning, asset management, and real estate decisions.

The role requires strong program management, cross-functional collaboration across Facilities, IT, EHS, and Real Estate, and a focus on turning data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years implementing and/or administering IWMS/CAFM systems with cross-functional programs.
• Strong data analytics skills with Excel and BI tools; ability to translate data into insight.
• Credentials in facility management or project management disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the IWMS program end-to-end, driving decisions and timelines.
• Lead evaluation and selection of an IWMS platform with key stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation across modules like space planning and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary system administrator post-implementation.
• Build reporting and analytics on space, maintenance, and real estate data.
• Oversee maintenance planning for facilities and production.
• Partner on Real Estate portfolio data, lease reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate IT integrations with IWMS and related systems.
