Job summary

The World Bank Group is seeking an IWMS Project Manager based in Washington, DC, responsible for owning the Integrated Workplace Management System (FM Systems) and ensuring data integrity across the global real estate portfolio. The role combines technology stewardship with strategic facilities management to enable informed portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in facilities management, information systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on FM:Systems administration or similar IWMS experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Owns and evolves the IWMS (FM Systems) as the authoritative data platform for the WBG real estate portfolio.
• Dacility governance, data integrity, and enterprise reporting to support portfolio decisions.
• Coordinate with CoE Technology on architecture, integrations, and enterprise analytics across HQ and international sites.
