Job summary

Meridian International Center is seeking a Program Associate to support the IVLP in a two-person team. You will handle administrative and logistical tasks, including budget tracking and travel arrangements, under the supervision of program officers or the VP.

Located in Washington, DC, this role may involve partial remote work and requires residence in MD, DC, or VA. The position is contracted through Dec 31, 2026, with a potential extension depending on funding.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• 0-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to manage budgets and travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare visitors' biographic information using database.
• Prepare welcome materials and sightseeing information.
• Disburse, track and reconcile funds including per diem and travel advances.
• Arrange and troubleshoot program logistics (flights, accommodations, transport).
• Coordinate with interpreters and liaisons on project details and funding.
