Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc. to cover Columbia, SC. You will develop and execute sales strategies, meet with physicians, and promote intravascular lithotripsy solutions in hospital settings.

You will build strong relationships with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons, achieve sales targets, and coordinate with Clinical, Marketing and R&D teams to support customers and drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred). May substitute 3 years’ cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience.
• Successful sales experience in catheter technology with peripheral influence preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with a variety of physicians and other hospital personnel to determine customers’ needs, goals, product usage, and types of cases handled.
• Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations.
• Attain sales/revenue objectives for the territory and maintain strong customer relationships.
