Job summary

Pacific Fertility Center in San Francisco seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the Procedure Area and clinic floor, supervise Medical Assistants, manage scheduling and patient flow, and ensure high-quality nursing care.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Quad A), staff development, cross-team coordination with anesthesia and physicians, and ongoing improvement of patient care. A California RN license with ACLS and outpatient surgery experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and CA RN license.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical RN or LVN experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years outpatient surgery or OR experience preferred.
• Fertility/IVF experience a strong plus.
• Experience with EMR systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procedure Area and clinic floor, supervise staff and optimize patient flow.
• Uphold clinical standards, develop policies, ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Keep the Procedure Area ready with equipment, supplies, and crash carts; coordinate repairs.
• Support patients directly: admit, monitor, recover, assist physicians, and cover MA duties when needed.
• Coordinate across teams with nurses, physicians, and outside partners; resolve issues.
• Develop your team with training and team-building activities.
• Handle clinical, clerical, and environmental tasks as needed.
• Grow expertise in IVF and related fertility cycles; pursue ongoing professional development.
