US Fertility is seeking a Clinical Manager for Menlo Park and San Mateo to lead two fertility clinic locations, oversee staff, budget adherence, and day-to-day operations. The role partners with physicians to align priorities with site-level execution and drive patient-centered care.

You will standardize workflows, monitor patient flow, manage scheduling, and lead staff development while ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards across sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in healthcare operations, including staff management.
• Experience running multi-site operations, preferably ambulatory or fertility.
• Strong budgeting, P&L interpretation, and expense control experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction for two clinic locations across operations, staffing, supervision, training, patient satisfaction and QA.
• Directly supervise front, back, clinical, and admin staff at locations.
• Own site-level performance, budgeting, and alignment with financial goals; participate in reviews.
• Serve as primary operational partner to physicians and translate priorities into execution.
• Standardize workflows and patient-experience practices across sites per standards.
• Monitor patient flow and scheduling; implement improvements for access and throughput.
• Oversee staffing schedules including weekends and on-call rotation; resolve scheduling issues.
• Lead staff education programs and recruitment; set goals and motivate teams.
• Oversee EMR templates and ensure compliance with policies and accreditation.
