Job summary

Pacific Fertility Center is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager in San Francisco to oversee the Procedure Area and clinic floor, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

You will mentor and schedule staff, develop policies with HIPAA/compliance integration, manage supplies and equipment, and coordinate cross-team activities with clinicians and external partners. IVF experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and valid California RN license is required.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical RN or LVN position is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient surgery, procedural care, ambulatory care, or operating room settings preferred.
• IVF / fertility experience with a background in women's health strongly preferred.
• Experience working with an electronic medical records (EMR) is required.
• ACLS certified is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procedure Area and clinic floor, supervise staff and manage daily scheduling and patient flow.
• Uphold clinical standards, develop policies, ensure HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Admit, monitor, recover patients, assist physicians, and perform Medical Assistant duties when needed.
• Coordinate across teams with nurses, physicians, and external partners to resolve issues.
• Develop the team through training, mentoring, and team-building activities.
• Manage charting, medical records, scheduling, room setup, and equipment readiness.
• Grow expertise in IVF cycles and stay current with best practices.
