Job summary

US Fertility’s San Francisco Bay Area network is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead two clinic locations in Menlo Park and San Mateo, ensuring smooth operations, staffing, and patient care excellence.

You’ll oversee front and back office, clinical support, and administrative staff, partner with physicians, manage budgets, schedules, and quality initiatives, and help drive growth while upholding regulatory standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive healthcare operations experience, including at least 2 years managing staff.
• Experience with multi-site operations and travel between Bay Area locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and direction for two clinic locations across all areas of local operations.
• Directly supervise front office, back office, clinical support, and administrative staff.
• Own site-level operating performance, including labor management, productivity, and budgeting.
• Partner with physicians and translate priorities into site-level execution.
• Standardize workflows, policies, and patient-experience practices across sites.
• Monitor patient flow and program operations to improve access and satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing schedules, including weekends and on-call rotation; resolve scheduling issues.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for assigned teams.
• Ensure EMR templates and regulatory compliance; support QA/CQI processes.
