US Fertility is seeking a Fertility Care Coordinator to join our team in New Hyde Park, NY (Lake Success). The role focuses on coordinating IVF cycles, scheduling appointments, and ensuring proper documentation and consents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or related sciences with 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; travel to NYC/Brooklyn satellites may be required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with medical databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule IVF cycles and related appointments.
• Assist with patient checklists, labs, and pre-certifications.
• Manage EMR entries for cycle requirements and diagnoses.
• Provide emotional support to patients.
• Prepare consents and ensure proper witnessing and processing.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and finance for patient financial clearance.
