Job summary

Fertility Specialists of Texas, based in the Dallas area, seeks an IVF Coordinator RN/LVN to educate, assist, and provide compassionate care throughout IVF and FET cycles. This full-time role reports to Clinical Operations leadership and requires balancing hands-on patient care with coordination across clinical, embryology, and billing teams.

The ideal candidate has RN or LVN licensure, active ACLS/BLS/CPR, and strong IVF knowledge.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN with active licensure required.
• Active ACLS/BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Fertility coordination experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of IVF procedures and fertility treatments.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on IVF and FET procedures, testing, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate lab testing, obtain consent forms, and review results with patients.
• Schedule and track IVF and FET procedures and testing.
• Maintain patient monitoring flowsheets and detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, embryology, and billing to plan care.
• Assist in clinic operations, including PACU/OR procedures and injections.
• Review physician orders and treatment cycle plans.
• Communicate with patients by phone, portal, and email; provide emotional support.
• Perform ultrasounds and IUI procedures; maintain sterile areas; train staff.
