Ivy Fertility in Long Beach, CA is seeking a full-time IVF Coordinator (MA/LVN/RN) to educate patients, coordinate diagnostic testing, and manage treatment calendars in a collaborative clinical environment.

The role requires active CA RN/LVN or MA certification, with new grads welcomed and training provided. IVF experience is a plus; full-time, in-person position with benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Must have CA RN license or LVN license or Medical Assistant Certification
• New grads welcome; training offered
• IVF or Women’s Health experience a plus
• Full-time Monday–Friday with weekends/holidays rotation

Responsabilités

• Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, and procedures
• Coordinate infertility diagnostic testing and create a treatment calendar
• Document plan of care in EMR with attention to detail
• Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, and perform phlebotomy
• Pre-Op for hysteroscopy, D&C, and egg retrievals
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure continuity of care
• Provide exceptional patient care by actively listening to patients
• Other duties as assigned
