Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an experienced Pharmacy IV Room Coordinator to support all IV operations, including 503B inventory management and quality reporting. The role involves coordinating with inventory leaders, SDS, and the pharmacy team to maintain stock levels and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position requires a pharmacy degree or equivalent, heavy emphasis on sterile compounding, and PA licensure timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy.
• 7 years of sterile compounding experience including USP 797/800.
• CSPT certification within 180 days of hire.
• RPT - Registered Pharmacy Technician in PA upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage IV room medication inventory (Main and Peds) and 503B ordering.
• Maintain quality reports and inventory records for all IV room sources.
• Coordinate IV room scheduling, floors inspections and PTO planning.
• Collaborate with Systems Coordinator on Omnicell issues and inventory management.
• Represent IV room at drug shortage meetings and coordinate staff training.
