Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required; PA Pharmacist license upon hire.
• Valid PA Driver's License upon hire.
• Preference for PharmD or additional pharmacy certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical activities of assigned areas to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Supervises IV technicians and verifies medication labeling and compounding accuracy.
• Coordinates with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and case managers regarding therapy and dosages.
• Maintains patient and prescription records in accordance with LVPS procedures.
