Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to coordinate pharmacy technicians’ activities and operations with the Pharmacy Leadership team. You will develop, recommend, and execute process improvements and coordinate annual flu campaigns, scheduling, payroll adjustments, attendance tracking, and training.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year pharmacy or supervisory experience, and knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and calculations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Fills medication orders from labels and assists daily operations of the pharmacy.
• Oversees API and payroll; assists with payroll follow-up and discrepancies.
• Coordinates flu campaigns, scheduling, attendance, and staff training.
• Plans flu procurement, storage, and return for flu season.
• Creates schedules for technician staff and holiday coverage.
• Leads quality improvement activities within the department.
