The role requires PA licensure (or boards pending), hospital pharmacy experience preferred, and the ability to work a 7 on/7 off schedule including weekends and holidays, with collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required.
• Registered in Pennsylvania or completion of Boards with pending licensure may be accepted.
• State CE requirements (30 hrs/2 yrs).
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses and supervises the filling of prescriptions.
• Assures accurate profiling, preparation and dispensing of inpatient orders.
• Directs technicians and interns ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provides drug information and conducts in-service programs.
• Participates in departmental meetings and committees.
• Completes IV/Admixtures Lab competencies.
