Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Operations Coordinator to manage daily pharmacy operations and lead a team of technicians and interns. You will oversee payroll, scheduling, and floor inspections while supporting leadership with process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year pharmacy or supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and calculations.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel or MS Office.
• CPhT certification within 180 days and RPT registration upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pharmacy operations and staff scheduling.
• Fill medication orders from computer-generated labels.
• Oversee API and payroll processes for the pharmacy staff.
• Coordinate annual flu campaign planning and stock management.
• Assist with floor inspections and department quality improvement.
