Job summary

Omnicare in Minnesota seeks a pharmacist with a Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree to join its infusion therapy program serving long-term care settings. The role requires licensure, 3+ years in infusion therapy, and clinical patient management across IV therapies.

The position is full-time, with schedule Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and weekend rotation every third, with no on-call requirement. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited school
• Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing
• 3 years infusion therapy experience including clinical management of patients

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and sterile compounding guidelines
• Maintain IV documentation and clinical monitoring
• Assess new patients and orders for therapy appropriateness and safety
• Program infusion pumps and monitor infusion patients
• Coordinate with facility pharmacists and staff regarding IV patient management
