You will configure, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend COTS systems to support operational requirements, focusing on platform administration, workflows, and integration across multiple tools. Qualifications

• Experience configuring, maintaining, and integrating COTS platforms such as enterprise ticketing, monitoring, and identity management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting across enterprise application environments, including authentication, plugins, workflows, APIs, and configuration.
• Ability to implement integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and scripting-based automation.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP and enterprise identity integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend enterprise platforms such as Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, and AD/LDAP.
• Design, implement, and sustain integrations between enterprise apps using APIs, middleware, and connectors.
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, plugins, and configuration-based extensions across COTS platforms.
• Develop scripts and utilities to support integration, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Document configurations and integration logic to support long-term sustainment.
