Job summary
SolutionHealth is seeking an IT Communications & Value Analyst to translate IT data into actionable insights, support executive-level decisions, and communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders. You will coordinate IT reporting and ensure transparency of initiatives, aligning IT work with organizational goals.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare IT, Epic EHR exposure, and ITIL foundations, with the ability to produce clear executive presentations and data packets for
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education), Required
- ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules, Required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments, Required
Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets in multiple formats to support decision-making and alignment
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple IT systems and sources to produce accurate, timely, and actionable insights
- Translate complex technical, operational, and performance information into clear, structured communications for diverse audiences, including executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams
