Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an IT Communications & Value Analyst to enhance transparency and value realization of IT services. You will prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets and translate complex IT information for diverse audiences, including executives, clinicians, and operations teams.

This role requires Epic EHR exposure and ITIL certification within 6 months of hire. We value healthcare IT experience (5+ years) and a collaborative approach to align IT work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience)
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules, Required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments, Required

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets from multiple IT systems to provide timely insights
• Translate complex technical and performance information into clear communication for diverse audiences including executive leadership and clinical stakeholders
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from IT systems to produce accurate, timely, actionable insights for decision-making

The IT Communications & Value Analyst supports the transparency, communication, and value realization of Information Technology services and initiatives. This role produces clear, consistent, and actionable insights that connect IT work to organizational priorities, service performance, and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ITSM Process & Innovation, this role functions as a centralized coordination and enablement resource for IT communications, reporting, and data-driven transparency. The Analyst supports consistent visibility into IT work, including initiatives, operational activities, and service performance, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate information to support decision-making and alignment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets in multiple formats (e.g., Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple IT systems and sources, including ITSM tools, to produce accurate, timely, and actionable insights
• Translate complex technical, operational, and performance information into clear, structured, and understandable communication for diverse audiences, including executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education), Required
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules, Required
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments, Required
