Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an IT Communications & Value Analyst to enhance transparency and value realization of IT services. The role partners with leadership to deliver clear insights linking IT work to organizational priorities, service performance, and outcomes.

You will collect data from ITSM tools and other systems, translate technical information for executives, clinicians, and operations, and produce dashboards, summaries, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with Epic EHR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations and dashboards for leadership decision‑making.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple IT systems to provide timely insights.
• Translate complex IT and clinical information into clear communication for diverse audiences.
