Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an IT Communications & Value Analyst to support transparency and value realization of Information Technology services. You will produce clear insights that link IT work to organizational priorities, performance, and outcomes.

You will prepare executive presentations and data packets, analyze data from IT systems, and translate complex IT information into concise language for leadership and clinical teams. A Bachelor’s degree and ITIL/Epic certifications are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience).
ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments with significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments.

Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets to support leadership decision-making.
Analyze data from multiple IT systems and sources to produce accurate insights.
