Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union is hiring an ITM Teller in Fort Myers, FL to handle real-time member transactions from a centralized location via video. You will manage deposits, transfers and withdrawals, verify IDs, and balance daily transactions while maintaining high service standards.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a schedule that includes weekdays and occasional Saturdays, plus optional remote work after 4-6 months of proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions including deposits, payments, transfers and withdrawals.
• Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained per policy.
• Use multiple software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with members.
• Provide professional, courteous service while ensuring transaction validity and accuracy.
• Perform end-of-day balancing.
• Adhere to security, audit and compliance requirements.
