Qualifications

• Knowledge of Heritage products, services, policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with the core processing and ITM system.
• Experience in banking or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced PC skills
• Ability to provide outstanding member service
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and accurate ITM transactions.
• Identify members per policies and procedures.
• Educate members and cross-sell products.
• Reconcile items against daily reports.
• Process transactions with efficiency and precision.
• Maintain professionalism and service quality.
• Meet or exceed member service metrics.
• Troubleshoot ITM issues.
• Adhere to security and risk protocols.
• Stay informed on product offerings and ITM functionality.
• Process incoming mail payments and update member records.
• Maintain address change files efficiently.
