Centennial Bank is looking for an Interactive Teller to provide exceptional customer service through accurate banking transactions. You will assist customers, handle deposits, withdrawals, and balance teller stations using Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, communication skills, and experience in banking transactions. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment.
The Interactive Teller will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through accurate, professional, and exceptional service. The primary function will be conducting banking transactions using Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). The employee should have knowledge of all retail products and services while focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Essential Duty satisfactorily.
Equivalent to four years of high school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school on office skills, shop skills, or other areas, plus 19 to 23 months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person‑to‑person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers and to perform these mathematical skills using money and other forms of measurement.
Ability to use common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions, and to deal with problems involving a few known variables in routine situations.
