Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based occupational therapy services in Arizona on a 0.6 FTE, part-time contract basis. The itinerant role involves traveling to multiple school sites to support students’ independence and success.

You will collaborate with educators and families, assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and document progress while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license required.
• Preferred NBCOT certification.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Ability to support students with mild to severe needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple sites as part of an itinerant role.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a varied student caseload, from mild to severe needs.
• Assess student abilities and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure cohesive support.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines.
• Support inclusive practices within the school community.
• Travel between assigned school sites as a flexible, responsive resource to students and staff.
