Qualifications

• Active or pending Arizona OT license, IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Commitment to full-time schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans per IEP guidelines.
• Deliver therapy onsite and via telehealth to meet student goals.
• Maintain detailed assessments, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with educators, staff and families to maximize student achievement.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring.
