Job summary

Tampa Electric Company is seeking an ITIL Process Consultant focused on Change Enablement, Configuration, and Technology Asset Management. You will design, implement, and govern processes supporting ITIL-aligned service transitions and operations, across corporate and NERC-regulated assets.

You will mentor staff, lead complex projects, and ensure alignment with ITGC/SOX audit requirements, interfacing with multiple IT teams to sustain service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business.
• 8 years of related work experience.
• ITILv3 or ITILv4 Release & Control Practitioner within 6 months of hire.
• IT related certifications (CCNA, MSCE, Network+).
• ITIL Intermediate certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide design and improvement of change, configuration, and Technology Asset Management.
• Lead projects, cross-train peers, and verify work of partners for compliance.
• Implement change, configuration, and Technology Asset Management while ensuring compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day IT Change Enablement operations and training.
