Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing New Product releases or related releases.
• Two years working with Change Management, Incidents, and CAB processes.
• Familiarity with deployment strategies and release windows.
• Knowledge of ITIL Release Management methodology, policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain release schedules tracking deployments and risks.
• Obtain Agency approvals before releasing functionality to environments.
• Coordinate with development, QA, operations and business teams.
• Define release scope, objectives and timelines.
• Oversee release deployment steps and validation testing.
• Develop rollback plans and contingency strategies.
