Job summary

Tampa Electric Company is seeking an ITIL Process Consultant, progression level, to lead IT Change Enablement, Configuration, and Technology Asset Management for corporate and NERC assets. The role focuses on design, implementation, reporting, and governance of ITIL-aligned processes with cross-functional collaboration.

The position involves guiding teams, ensuring compliance, and mentoring others while handling high-visibility projects in a regulated utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or business; additional 4 years experience may be considered.
• 8 years of related work experience performing duties & responsibilities.
• ITIL release and control practitioner within 6 months of hire; ITIL certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP, security standards and audit requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead change, configuration, and technology asset management initiatives.
• Guide partners and ensure compliance with ITIL processes and audits.
• Own day-to-day IT Change Enablement and related procedures.
• Mentor senior Process Analysts and drive process improvements.
