Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an ITAM Process Manager to lead the governance and lifecycle of IT assets, coordinating across technology, risk, audit, and data management teams. You will drive compliance, process maturity, and stakeholder alignment while delivering operational excellence in asset management.

Role focuses on building and maturing ITAM processes, overseeing documentation, controls, and change management within a strict enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Asset Management (ITAM), SACM, CMDB, or related governance experience.
• Strong understanding of process management, risk management, and control frameworks.
• Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, and audit activities.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (desired)

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices.
• Facilitates performance and career development through reviews, coaching, and development plans.
• Manages solution delivery and application performance in production with audit and compliance considerations.
• Leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice across the organization.
• Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain.

• Ensures execution aligns with product strategy with stakeholders.
• Manages process policy documentation and change management.
• Monitors risks, controls, metrics, and audit responses.
• Drives process performance metrics and dashboards.
