The role blends hands-on implementation and vendor ownership with metric-driven operational management in a fast-paced environment with several competing daily deadlines. A strong understanding of the financial services industry — including item processing, payment systems, check processing regulations, and branch operations — is essential, along with the judgment to make priority calls in high-impact, member-facing situations.
