• Receive and process all incoming electronic Check21 files and deposits.
• Answer questions from branch employees about teller capture processes.
• Process newly issued or reissued Visa debit cards.
• Handle all incoming communications and adapt to changing work demands.
• Maintain accuracy under deadlines with minimal supervision.
