Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC is seeking a versatile ITC/PTC Program Manager to drive the end-to-end qualification lifecycle for ITC and PTC across our hydro portfolio. ECRE is seeking a versatile, self-directed, and highly organized ITC/PTC Program Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and Production Tax Credit (PTC) initiatives for our hydropower portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability, bridging cross-functional inputs, and owning the qualification work and the evidence set that makes each facility’s credits defensible.
While you will not be expected to be a tax code expert or a lead design engineer, you must possess enough technical fluency to understand hydropower project lifecycles, track vendor deliverables, interpret high-level IRS compliance requirements, and manage cross-functional timelines and budgets.
This position requires occasional travel (~10%) as part of the job responsibilities if the hire is not located locally in Washington, DC Metro area.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,000 - $150,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
