Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC is seeking a versatile ITC/PTC Program Manager to lead end-to-end ITC and PTC initiatives for our hydro portfolio. You will act as the single point of accountability, coordinating across functions and owning the qualification work and evidentiary sets that defend each facility’s credits.

You will translate high-level IRS requirements into actionable plans, track vendor deliverables, budgets, and schedules, and deliver executive-ready dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, PM, Business, or related field.
• 3–8+ years in energy project development, asset management, or renewables finance/tax compliance.
• Familiarity with ITC/PTC tax credits and IRS rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ITC/PTC qualification inputs, documentation, and milestones.
• Maintain a clean qualification file for audit readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to support qualification requirements.
• Interpret IRS requirements with tax specialists and ensure evidentiary trail.
• Track vendor deliverables tied to tax credit qualifications.
• Maintain a master qualification schedule aligned with deadlines.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports on program health.
