Eagle Creek Renewable Energy is seeking an ITC/PTC Program Manager to drive end-to-end qualification for ITC/PTC credits across hydro facilities. You will coordinate inputs, manage timelines, and align with IRS requirements while tracking vendor deliverables and maintaining compliance documentation.
The role requires technical fluency in hydropower lifecycles, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data into executive-level updates.
Founded in 2010, Eagle Creek Renewable Energy (ECRE) acquires, enhances, and operates hydroelectric power facilities across the United States. Today, Eagle Creek owns and operates 85 facilities across 18 states, with a nearly 700 MW portfolio that provides reliable, low-carbon power to more than 260,000 homes.
Eagle Creek is committed to creating long-term value for its stakeholders and the communities it serves through a focus on safety, integrity, innovation, diversity, and stewardship. Through strategic investments, operational excellence, and continued growth, the company aims to expand its renewable energy platform and play a meaningful role in the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future.
ECRE is seeking a versatile, self-directed, and highly organized ITC/PTC Program Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and Production Tax Credit (PTC) initiatives for our hydropower portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability, bridging cross-functional inputs, and owning the qualification work and the evidence set that makes each facility's credits defensible.
While you will not be expected to be a tax code expert or a lead design engineer, you must possess enough technical fluency to understand hydropower project lifecycles, track vendor deliverables, interpret high-level IRS compliance requirements, and manage cross-functional timelines and budgets.
