Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC is seeking an ITC/PTC Program Manager to drive ITC/PTC qualifications across the hydro portfolio. You will own the qualification work, track IRS compliance, and coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure defensible credits.

The role requires fluency with hydro project lifecycles, vendor delivery tracking, and ability to manage timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, PM, Business or related field.
• 3–8+ years in energy project development, asset management, or renewable energy tax credits.
• Basic familiarity with ITC/PTC and IRS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Credit qualification oversight for ITC/PTC initiatives.
• Audit and diligence readiness for facility qualifications.
• Cross-functional coordination across departments.
• Align with IRS requirements and maintain evidentiary trails.
• Vendor and deliverable tracking tied to qualification needs.
• Maintain master schedule and ensure tax deadlines alignment.
• Produce executive dashboards and status reports.
