Eagle Creek Renewable Energy is seeking an ITC/PTC Program Manager to drive end-to-end qualification for ITC/PTC credits across hydro facilities. You will coordinate inputs, manage timelines, and align with IRS requirements while tracking vendor deliverables and maintaining compliance documentation.

The role requires technical fluency in hydropower lifecycles, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data into executive-level updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–8+ years in energy project development, asset management, project controls or renewable energy finance/tax credit compliance.
• Basic familiarity with energy tax credits (ITC/PTC) and willingness to learn IRS regulatory frameworks.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Credit qualification oversight: coordinate inputs, docs, and milestones for ITC/PTC qualifications.
• Audit & diligence readiness: maintain a clean qualification file for IRS review.
• Cross-functional coordination: hub for matrixed teams to meet qualification needs.
• IRS compliance alignment: work with tax specialists to capture evidentiary trail.
• Vendor & deliverable tracking: monitor reports and certifications tied to tax credit qualification.
• Schedule & milestone monitoring: manage master tracker and align with tax deadlines.
• Executive reporting: deliver dashboards and status reports on program health and risks.
