Job summary

Eagle Creek Renewable Energy is seeking an ITC/PTC Program Manager to lead end-to-end qualification work for ITC and PTC across its hydro portfolio. You will own project timelines, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure evidentiary trails for defense of credits.

The role requires fluency with hydropower project lifecycles, ability to interpret IRS guidance at a high level, and strong reporting to executives. Some travel (~10%) may be required if not located in DC metro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Business, or a related technical/analytical field.
• 3 to 8+ years of professional experience in energy project development, asset management, project controls, or renewable energy finance/tax credit compliance.
• Cross-functional familiarity with ITC/PTC and IRS regulatory concepts, with willingness to learn.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Credit Qualification Oversight: coordinate inputs, documentation, and milestones for ITC/PTC qualifications.
• Audit & Diligence Readiness: maintain clean, auditable qualification files for all facilities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: central hub for inputs from supporting departments.
• IRS Compliance Alignment: interpret requirements and capture evidentiary trails for tax compliance.
• Vendor & Deliverable Tracking: monitor reports, studies, and certifications tied to tax credits.
• Schedule & Milestone Monitoring: track master timelines and align with tax deadlines.
• Executive Reporting: dashboards and status reports on program health and risks.
