Job summary

Accylerate, LLC. seeks an ITAM Analyst III focused on Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to govern software lifecycles, entitlements, renewals, and CMDB alignment at the Reston, VA office.

You will partner with ITAM, Procurement, Finance, Security, Legal, and product teams to improve data quality, audit readiness, and cost optimization. The role requires 5–7+ years in software asset management, experience with Flexera, SaaS management, and asset discovery tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of experience in software asset management, licensing, or related fields.
• Experience with Flexera and SaaS management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage software asset lifecycle including intake, renewal, reclamation, and compliance review.
• Maintain accurate software asset records across licenses, entitlements, subscriptions, and contracts.
• Support audits, renewal tracking, and vendor governance activities.
• Collaborate with ITAM, Procurement, Finance, Security, Legal, and product teams to improve governance and reporting.
• Provide HAM support for Reston, including hardware moves and shipping coordination.
