Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in software asset management or related fields.
• 5–7+ years of experience in software asset management, licensing, SaaS administration, and renewals.
• Strong collaboration with ITAM, Procurement, Finance, Security, Legal and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience maintaining software records across the full asset lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify remediation actions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage software asset activities across the full lifecycle including renewal tracking and compliance review.
• Maintain accurate records for licenses, entitlements, subscriptions, contracts, and usage data.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, renewals risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Support software requests, provisioning readiness, and entitlement validation.
• Prepare reports on inventory, licensing, renewals, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve asset issues and improve governance.
