You will respond via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot basic issues, document interactions in the support system, and educate customers on product features while collaborating with teammates to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Experience in customer service or support preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems is a plus.
