Next Job Abroad is seeking an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our remote, distributed team. You will manage recruitment projects from sourcing to placement for multilingual roles across Europe, with onboarding training and an uncapped commission model.

Expect to work approx 30–40 hours per week, develop your candidate pipeline, and collaborate with our international team while enjoying complete flexibility and remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Italian and strong English skills
• Previous experience working for a recruitment agency is required
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly using job portals and social media
• Comfortable working independently with performance-based targets
• Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
• Passionate about candidate experience and quality-driven recruitment

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Italian-speaking candidates for international positions

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in agency recruitment? Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about connecting people with exciting international career opportunities?

We're looking for an experienced Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our international team and help us recruit candidates for customer service and multilingual roles across Europe.

We're looking for someone who already understands the pace, ownership and expectations of agency recruitment and enjoys building candidate pipelines from scratch.

About the Role

As an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage your own recruitment projects from sourcing through placement while working remotely as part of our international team.

During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, giving you time to learn our clients, systems and recruitment processes while building your own pipeline.

After the onboarding period, you'll transition to an uncapped commission model, where your earnings are directly linked to your results.

To succeed in this role, you should be willing to dedicate approximately 30–40 hours per week.
