Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our growing remote team. Source and headhunt candidates for roles abroad, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the process with clear, proactive communication.

You’ll begin with a paid onboarding for 3 months, then work on uncapped commission with no earnings cap. Expect 30–40 hours per week, independence, and strong collaboration as you build pipelines and fill roles worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English.
• Previous recruitment experience (agency or international).
• Freelance, commission-based environment.
• Skilled in sourcing/headhunting via LinkedIn and social media.
• Self-driven, organised, able to work independently.

Responsabilités

Do you have experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar people-focused role? Are you fluent in Finnish and thrive when working independently with clear goals? We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.

As a Finnish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.

During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands‑on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap.

You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.

• Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently
• Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad
