• Minimum 1–3 years in kitchen management.
• Minimum 5–7 years in varied kitchen roles including food prep, line cook, expediter.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Clear communication with managers, kitchen and dining room staff.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and staffing planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a hands-on management style.
• Develop and motivate a proactive kitchen team while upholding high ethical standards.
• Ensure consistency with recipes, training, and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and General Manager on performance and promotions.
